Ceres Bylaws
As a Ceres member I am required to follow our set of rules and bylaws. Our rules and bylaws are set to help guide the chapter to outline meetings, voting, and member conduct. As a member I have the ability to vote on changes made and give input as to what those changes should be. This keeps me involved as a voice within our chapter as well as helping our chapter to grow and change along with its members. By being a voice I can have a say in things like whether or not bylaw changes pass or not or who leads our chapter. As a member I am looking out for the best interest of our chapter and the bylaws within it. Being involved in Ceres has helped me to learn importance of rules within an organization. I plan on applying what I know about the Ceres bylaws into revamping the bylaws within my ACT chapter this year.
