ACT Officer Manual
When joining Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow the chapter was only 2years old.Being reinstated at SDSU we started from scratch. Now being the president of the organization it is my job to make sure our executive team knows their tasks and content of their jobs. Our officers currently do not have outlined jobs. This has been difficult for our executive team this semester to ensure we are completing all the jobs we are supposed to. I believe that a layout to positions and the jobs within them are important for many organizations. By creating an officer manual I am not only helping my executive team but future teams within ACT. This also offers growth within our organization by creating documents for future use. By now having an officer manual my chapter will benefit by having more prepared executive teams. This opportunity has helped me to not only further my chapter, but my team. I am excited to see the growth of our chapter throughout the next few years.
